Training Policies

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations received at least 14 days before the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund of tuition. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the scheduled course date are nonrefundable.

Attendee Substitutions
Registration may be transferred to another attendee from the same agency at no additional charge. Vulcan Forensic Training should be notified of any attendee substitution prior to the course.

Course Cancellation
If Vulcan Forensic Training cancels a course, all tuition paid will be refunded in full.

Travel and Other Expenses
Vulcan Forensic Training is not responsible for travel, lodging, meals, mileage, or other expenses incurred by attendees as a result of course cancellation or rescheduling.
